Beautiful places, wonderful flat forests. This is an excellent place for Russians to have a cheap vacation in the summer of 2015. Here, too, you can find a lot of variations of active and not-so-active recreation, cultural and not-so-cultural programs. For a European, Moscow is the most gang—ridden, corrupt police city, so most foreigners go there more for business than for recreation.
Food prices will not be cheap, as the proximity of the capital affects, and most of the good, if you will, elite bases near Moscow have long been occupied by local officials and mini-oligarchs for their "vacations". Most of the medium-sized bases are not in the most luxurious condition, but they are quite tolerable for a semi-savage vacation.
There are also disadvantages to the cultural program. If you decide to go to see Moscow's beauties and historical museums, get ready for traffic jams, crowding and a lot of extremes.
By the way, there is no sea in either the Carpathians or the Moscow region.
Kherson, Odessa, Shchelkino, Berdyansk
Wonderful places on the coast of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, where you can go for a cheap summer vacation in 2015. Mariupol and Melekino are wonderful places, but there is tension and the danger of a military conflict. I hope that the locals will not allow this.
